Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Perisun Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., we value your trust and are committed to providing a smooth and transparent booking experience. Please review our cancellation and refund terms carefully before confirming your reservation.
Cancellation Terms
100% Refund
When the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before check-in or the start of your tour.
30% Refund
When the booking is cancelled within 5 days of check-in or tour start.
No Refund
For cancellations made less than 5 days before check-in or tour start.
Important Notes
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In case of no-show, the booking will be considered cancelled and no refund will be applicable.
Date changes may be accommodated based on availability; please contact our support team in advance.
Force Majeure
Perisun Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, landslides, etc.)
Pandemic/epidemic situations and government-imposed travel restrictions
Political unrest, strikes, or civil disturbances
Any other unforeseen event that makes it impossible or unsafe to operate the retreat or tour
In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be handled at the sole discretion of the management.
